ITIL - Information Technology Infrastructure Library

ITIL is a set of principles for managing an IT infrastructure and quality assurance of an IT service. We work in accordance with ITIL in our hosting operations, customer support and system maintenance.

PMP - Project Management Professional

PMP is a certification performed by world-leading Project Management Institute. PMI provide education and quality assurance of project managers in order to increase the number of successful projects within an organization by applying a standardized set of principles for project management. Our project managers have been PMP-certified since 2008 and we have seen an impressive result: no customer projects have surpassed budget by more than 10 % since then.

Lean Production

We conducted a Lean Value Stream Mapping together with our partner Softhouse during 2009 with the intent of identifying and documenting our corporate processes, visualize our daily work and inititate an organizational change. The end result has given us a greater awareness of ongoing activities in the company, visualized and documented corporate processes and built a long-term strategy for how our organization will develop in the future.

Agile Development

Agile development is a method used in software development to provide greater flexibility and faster results. We work with agile methodology in our product development and together with long-term customers and partners.
