Users can also be granted access to the communal platform functionality to integrate with their personalized pages. For example, articles posted on the site of one member may be combined with a discussion forum and a feedback request to engage the larger community. Knowledge inspires and regenerates knowledge!Participation drives sales
Studies show that e-commerce sites with opportunities for guests to engage through voting, competitions, reviews, forums and chat rooms have more loyal return users and guests that spend more time on their website.
